Claims Specialist Role Overview:
As a Claims Specialist at Michael Page, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving disputed purchase invoices, performing administrative follow-ups, and establishing activity reports. You will also participate in monitoring key performance indicators and receive, analyze, and process customer/supplier claims.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and validate disputed purchase invoices;
• Perform administrative follow-ups until payment of the invoice;
• Establish activity reports summarizing key elements;
• Participate in monitoring indicators (KPI) and/or statistics;
• Receive, analyze, and process customer/supplier claims;
• Identify responsibilities and launch requests for expertise if applicable;
• Ensure reception of telephone calls and emails;
• Manage the transport of damaged vehicles transferred to a new client;
• Initiate and follow litigation procedures until the file is closed;
• Identify and report events or malfunctions that need to be reported to management;
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field;
• French mandatory (C1) and English (B2) languages;
• Experience in claims management would be a plus;
• SAP knowledge would be a plus;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, with Excel in particular;
