We are looking for a Tech lead GenAI to work in Lisbon who’s eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity About KWAN We connect IT professionals with projects that match their skills, professional experience, and goals, then we offer a career progression program, delivered by in-house specialists - our People Experience Partners - to guide them through our journey with us. What is this challenge about • Lead a team of approximately 5 people; • Gather requirements and work closely with business and technical stakeholders; • Define and implement GenAI architectures; • Translate business needs into technical solutions; • Lead the end-to-end implementation of generative AI solutions; • Ensure best practices in quality, security, observability, and scalability; • Support technology decisions and monitor performance, cost, and solution quality.
