About the Role As an International Recruiter at Hira Talent, you will: Source, engage and interview French-speaking candidates across Europe Manage the full recruitment cycle: first contact → interviews → placement Build strong relationships with candidates relocating internationally Work closely with international clients (mainly BPO & Tech) Act as a trusted advisor throughout the candidate journey Contribute to the growth of Hira Talent’s Lisbon hub and recruitment team Be part of an ambitious, performance-driven company where results are rewarded This role is ideal for someone who loves people, enjoys communication & sales, and wants to build a real international career with fast growth opportunities.
