Como parte de um ambicioso plano de crescimento no mercado europeu, retende reforçar a sua equipa com um(a) IT Asset & Operations Analyst (Junior). Principais Responsabilidades Gestão e controlo dos Assets e processos logísticos Análise do serviço e proposta de melhorias Elaboração, análise e manutenção de relatórios e documentação (processos, procedimentos, instruções de trabalho, etc.) Validação diária do circuito dos equipamentos e atualização em sistema próprio Acompanhamento de inventários físicos Apoio a projetos relacionados com movimentação de equipamentos (estado e localização) Controlo operacional diário, semanal e mensal através de relatórios Resolução de problemas relacionados com ativos, em articulação com técnicos, clientes, managers e coordenação Requisitos Elevado sentido de assiduidade e responsabilidade Boa capacidade de comunicação verbal e escrita Capacidade de produção e gestão de reports Espírito de equipa Pensamento crítico e capacidade de resolução de problemas Proatividade e iniciativa Resistência ao stress Orientação para KPI’s Atenção ao detalhe Capacidade de análise e diagnóstico de sistemas Windows Capacidade de análise de ferramentas Microsoft Bons conhecimentos de Office, com especial foco em Excel e Outlook Competências Valorizadas Adaptabilidade e flexibilidade Facilidade de aprendizagem de novas tecnologias Forte foco em competências de Excel Organização e planeamento Orientação para resultados Requisitos Linguísticos Português – Fluente Inglês – Bons conhecimentos Full Time Job | Horário: (9h00 às 18h00 de segunda a sexta-feira) Localização: Lisboa – Regime Hibrido
