This role reports directly to the Country Manager for Iberia, LATAM, and Italy , and is based in Portugal , working remotely from Lisbon . Important : Please note this will be a contract employment Your Job You will identify, supervise, and develop a network of regional sales partners and distributors in Portugal . You will oversee the onboarding process of new partners and build long-term, successful business relationships . You will organize and coordinate online and in-person training sessions for our partners, including product training, ensuring the effective implementation of the Hornetsecurity Partner Program. You will define and drive business plans with partners, closely monitoring their growth and ensuring strategic and commercial development. You will participate in industry events, fairs, and partner meetings, promoting our solutions and strengthening brand presence. You will create accurate sales forecasts and define actionable strategies to meet business targets in Portugal. You will collaborate internally with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams, and externally act as a key contact, representing the company professionally. You will regularly update our CRM system with relevant partner and deal information for accurate tracking and reporting. Valuable knowledge and existing relationships within Partners and MSSP in Portugal are considered a strong asset for this role. Your Profile You have solid IT knowledge gained through academic background, university studies, or an equivalent qualification—ideally in cybersecurity or cloud services. You have at least five years of professional experience in the IT sector with a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes. Experience with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, Miller Heiman is highly valued, especially in environments involving multiple stakeholders. You have relevant experience working with sales partners, customers, and distributors in Portugal, successfully developing partners strategically and economically. You are an excellent communicator, confident and professional in interactions with partners and customers. You are willing to travel frequently (up to 50%) and enjoy presenting and promoting Hornetsecurity’s solutions during meetings, partner sessions, and negotiations. You possess a winning personality and thrive in an international, fast-paced environment. You have at least a B2 level of English, both spoken and written. You are driven by achievement, pursuing quarterly goals with passion and accountability. You are highly organized, capable of prioritizing tasks to support the company's growth and success.
