As part of our continued growth, Morek Portugal is hiring an additional Key Account Manager to support our expanding customer base, drive growth, manage strategic relationships and strengthen our market position through smart, solution-driven sales.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging key clients – building and maintaining long-term business relationships.Acquiring new customers – identifying and developing new sales opportunities.Negotiating commercial terms – handling price, discount, delivery and cooperation terms.Providing technical consulting – offering expert-level support in selecting and implementing electrotechnical solutions.Market monitoring – analyzing trends, competition, and customer needs.Achieving sales targets – planning and executing strategies to increase revenue.Preparing offers and reports – developing sales documentation and performance analysis.Representing the company – attending trade fairs, conferences and regular business tripsWhat We Are Looking forMinimum 3 years of experience in B2B electrotechnical salesHigher education, preferably in technical fieldPortuguese at C2 level and English B1Proven sales and negotiation skills, with experience in managing key accountsDemonstrable knowledge of the market for electrical materialsConfident in technical consulting and delivering tailored solutionsStrong interpersonal and organizational abilitiesDriving license, category BWhy You'll Love Working with UsBe part of a friendly and motivated teamGain international experienceWork in an innovative and supportive environmentEnjoy a competitive salary with performance-based incentives, company car or car compensation and modern working tools to keep you at your bestIf you thrive in a client-facing role and have a strong technical background with a passion for sales, we'd love to hear from you Send your CV in English to recruitment@morek.eu
