- **What you will do**:

- Generate and validate short-term (day-ahead/intraday) forecasts for electricity load and surplus generation (post self-consumption) across all relevant geographies
- Monitor forecast deviations, analyze root causes, and propose cost-benefit improvement measures.
- Maintain and develop forecasting models to reduce forecast deviations, including recalibration and integration of exogenous variables.
- Extract, process, and provide relevant information from data systems/sources to support business monitoring and prepare datasets for regulatory reporting.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, including automation, standardization, and control enhancements.
- Actively collaborate with other areas of the organization in the development of shared processes/procedures/methodologies.

- **What are we looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or related fields
- Between 3 to 8 years of experience in a similar field or analyst function.
- Advanced knowledge of time series forecasting.
- Advanced knowledge of Python applied experience in time series forecasting.
- Proficiency in SQL and Power BI (DAX).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, Azure).
- Familiarity with energy markets/sector.
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
- Analytical mindset with proven problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for top management.- More than academic knowledge and technical skills, we are looking for ambitious people who are enthusiastic about the future and who bring human skills aligned with our purpose.-
