**Job Description**:
**Position Overview - Basic Functions & Responsibilities**

Organon’s Forecasting CoE has several positions available for both short and long-range forecasting at various experience and skill levels.

**Required Abilities**
- Strong analytical skills; an aptitude for problem solving and strategic thinking.
- Strong knowledge of forecasting techniques / software and quantitative problem-solving.
- Seasoned negotiation skills with innovative mindset.
- Solid project management abilities, often juggling multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Strong group facilitation abilities and presentation skills.

**Education & Experience**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MS/MA/MBA degree in analytical field preferred (economics, finance, management, mathematics, statistics, physics, business analysis, data science, etc.).
- Experience in Pharmaceutical industry would be desirable but not mandatory.
- Experience in similar roles of Demand, Strategic Forecasting or related Analytical roles will be considered a plus.
- Ability to collaborate and be effective with teams.
- Project management capabilities.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Fluency in Excel and Power BI considered a plus.
- Fluency in English is essential.
