As an Indirect Processes Improvement Leader, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization, with a focus on indirect processes within our manufacturing plants located in EMEA. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate and identify the highest priority areas for improvement, develop action plans in collaboration with teams, and drive implementation of best practices.

**Your Role**

Directly lead the most complex priority projects at an inter-functional level
- Conduct problem definition (by defining the scope and identifying the needed cross functional team),
- Solve the problem starting by driving all the required analysis of the actual situation until summarizing the final improvements implementation,
- Improve the system by setting up a standard,

Coordinate the selection of the highest priority indirect process improvement projects
- Manage the prioritization process while driving a regular and dynamic update of prioritization matrix
- Coordinate the improvement project selection (Plan, facilitate & communicate the projects selection)
- Highlight people capacity and Capture people skills gaps to trigger people development needs

Train and coach indirect process teams on the management of intra-functional priority projects - until their full completion

Monitor the project selection, completion, and report out the performance

**Your Background**
- Master degree with a background in Lean manufacturing / Lean 2.0
- 5-7 year’s working experience in Lean and processes improvement position
- Fluent in English & Portuguese
- Strong Logical and critical thinking, strong public speaking and interpersonal skills
