We’re searching for an enthusiastic **People Operations Coordinator **to join our team in Lisbon. If you’re passionate about making workplaces thrive, this role is for you

**What You’ll Do**:

- Empower Employees: Be the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing quick and effective solutions.
- Drive Compliance: Handle verification of employment, health checks, and other key compliance activities across the region.
- Ensure Data Integrity: Run audits, ensure accurate records, and manage reporting to support regional and global growth.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and scale our employee support model.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree (HR or business preferred) or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years in People/HR Operations - ideally at a dynamic, high-growth company.
- Tech-savvy with systems like Workday and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Customer-focused with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
