As a product operations manager, you will work closely with the market operations, product, QA, and engineering teams to ensure we are developing the right tools and products to satisfy the needs of our customers and scale the business
**What you’ll do**:
- Develop swift feedback loops to identify, measure, prioritize, and fix product bugs and issues
- Drive the development, implementation, and testing of new operational tools and processes across markets
- Track business metrics related to product performance
- Develop training materials to maximize adoption of new product features
- Collaborate cross functional stakeholders to ensure a timely and seamless product launch
**What you’ll bring**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, business consulting or similar analytical role
- Demonstrated ability to leverage data to measure performance, optimize resources, and analyze outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and align internal stakeholders.
- Strong ability to collaborate with executives and across broad organizations including Product, Market Operations, Business Intelligence, and Strategy.
- A high capacity for being self-directed and working independently with incomplete information and limited resources.
