**Responsibilities**:

- Project Management: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of key cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and deadlines.
- Data Analysis: Analyze key product metrics and user feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships with Product Management, Engineering, Central Operations and Market Operations to drive alignment and facilitate communication.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of product requirements, specifications, and processes.
- User Research: Generate opportunities to improve user and partner experience by keeping an ear to the ground, leading user and competitor research efforts.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to optimize product features, workflows, and processes based on user feedback and market trends.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives and driving growth.
- Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with EV charging experience and technology landscape is a plus.
