Vos missions
**As a Customer Service Advisor**:
\- You will guide our client's customers in our Website/Webshop.
\- You will ensure that data received from customers is maintained accurately and in a timely manner.
\- You will transfer queries to the corresponding department and contribute to our processes improvement.
Vos compétences
**You are the person we are looking for if**:
\- You have a proficient/native level of French and a basic level of English.
\- You are proactive and focus to answer our customers' needs.
\- You have some experience working with the Office Suite and SAP (valuable).
\- You are able to work in a multicultural team and oriented to achieve results (KPI's).
\- You have some experience working as a Customer Service Advisor - Front Office - It would be a plus.
