**LEGAL CONSULTING ANALYST** - IRISH MARKET**

**What can you expect?**
- As a consulting analyst, you will work as part of a team in Portugal supporting the legal team in Ireland. You will work directly with Ireland-based team and support teams in Portugal and Ireland to coordinate and manage the delivery of statements and documents to our clients.

**We will count on you to**:

- Help the legal team to manage a portfolio of clients on a day-to-day basis, manage and track ongoing actions for the individual ongoing process, draft correspondence to clients on a range of issues and questions;
- Update various compliance documents;
- Prepare communications to members;
- Be involved in project work as required;
- Support the Irish team in some tasks such as billing process, general analysis, etc.

**What you need to have**:

- Bachelors or Master’s in Law, International Relations or similar;
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (C1 mandatory);
- Excellent planning and organisational skills in order to prioritise and effectively manage a wide variety of ongoing tasks, in order to meet the multiple deadlines;
- Attention to detail is critical;
- Strong problem solving skills & ability to clearly articulate complex issues;
- Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients. Comfortable dealing with client contacts;
- Sometimes, adherence to tight deadlines will be important;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (in particular a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and Word);
- Available to go to the Lisbon office once per month.
