Role: Legal Operation Analyst Project: Streaming Service Platform Schedule Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Location On-site, Oeiras Start date: 10/Nov Job Summary As a Legal Operation Analyst, you will be responsible for moderating written content, focusing primarily on identifying potential fraud or copyright infringement. You will review legal requests related to privacy claims, defamation, fraud, and falsification, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal guidelines. Responsibilities Moderate written content to identify and mitigate potential fraud or copyright infringement. Review and process legal requests promptly and accurately. Understand and adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as First Call Resolution (FCR), Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance, and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT). Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client policies and guidelines. Ensure all tasks are completed within agreed turnaround times and meet quality standards. Mandatory Skills No previous experience required; maximum up to 12 months experience within content moderation preferred. Good understanding of KPIs and metrics (FCR, SLA, CSAT). German fluent, B2 English Recruitment Steps Initial Screening Operations Round Interview and Written Language Assessment HR Interview Conditions & Benefits Annual Base Salary: 15,260, Meal Allowance: 7.63/work day (paid in meal card, net amount) Transportation Bonus: 720/year Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of yearly gross base salary Language Premium Bonus: 3240/year Total Annual Compensation: euros gross Other Benefits Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and Family Plan (for spouse/legal partner and children) Type of Contract: 2-month training agreement + 1-year fixed-term contract with 30 days probation Relocation Support (for candidates moving from outside Continental Portugal): Bureaucratic support to obtain NIF and NISS Assistance in finding suitable housing Relocation bonus: 2,000 gross (paid with first payroll cycle) Additional 1,000 gross relocation bonus (if relocating from outside the Lisbon metropolitan area to Lisbon)
