The Sales Operations Analyst works with planning, coordinating, and implementing sales operation strategies and processes. They drives activities such as analyzing sales data, sales and pipeline forecasting, setting targets and quotas, enforcing sales training and development programs, and streamlining sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for sales and operations controlling at Vizrt. The role will develop reports, tools, dashboard and provide actionable analytical support of the operations for the business units within the group.

**About the Role**:

- Provide intelligence to the leadership team - optimizing the results
- Communicate detailed analysis of KPI’s, growth trends, pricing, cost development with suggested actions for improvement to the sales and sales leadership team
- Follow up on initiatives to increase performance in the sales organization, report outcomes to Commercial and RevOps management team
- Participate in forecast meetings with the sales team and ensure proper actions to meet targets are set; follow up on actions taken and assess success
- Build,maintain and analyze relevant reports and dashboards for the leadership and sales team, support the leadership and sales team in usage of the reporting tools
- Provide database to move customer to subscription model
- Secure data quality and CRM solutions, consult the sales team on data and PL quality and follow up on maintenance
- Prepare reporting for monthly reports, board presentations, employee & customer meetings, pipeline reviews and forecast calls
- Support and drive parts of the sales budget and business plan processes
- Follow up sales and marketing campaigns
- Super user for Salesforce to support Sales Organization and to test new solutions and processes
- Enforcing sales training and development programs

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor´s degree in business or finance or relevant field
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in a similar role with sales forecasting
- Demonstrated experience efficiently querying primary data and developing meaningful analytics
- Experienced user of CRM solutions, Salesforce experience preferred
- Driven, independent and proactive way of working
- Analytical, structured, well organized and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Strong interpersonal skills, with proven ability to work collaboratively across all levels of in a matrix organization
- Enjoy working in a fast pace environment
