Bulk Operation Technical Analyst

1WorldSync is the industry leader in product content management. With over 500 employees across the US, Brazil, Canada, France, Switzerland, Portugal, and the UK, we are seeking a **Bulk Operation Technical Analyst**to support our growing global team.

Reporting directly to the **Production Manager,**they will play a key role in our production organisation, establishing and maintaining a high standard of structured content for SKUs captured using the bulk processes. This role identifies products with similarities and produces them in bulk, ensuring our data production quality is exceeded. As **Bulk Operation Technical Analyst**at 1WorldSync, the responsibilities include the following.- Capture products according to company standards in bulk using proprietary software, spreadsheets, SQL queries, and Python scripts.- Reviewing manufacturer information and creating rules to create the products in bulk.- Monitoring existing bulk production rules and scripts, and creating new ones as needed.- Research, gather, organise, and edit information which will drive retailer websites.- Work with our research teams to identify the potential for producing SKUs in bulk- Defining priorities based on the customer's requests and available product information- Ensuring the high quality of products captured in bulk according to the established company quality standards- Other duties may be assigned

**Required Skills and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience- 1 or + years of experience working with large data sets- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information- Attention to detail and accuracy- Language: English- Strong MS Excel and Google Sheets skills with the ability to learn other analytic tools- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision- Teamwork: the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external resources to monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues and provide regular status reports to stakeholders

**Desired Skills and Experience**:
- Technical experience, including queries, reports, and presentations- Experience with Python- SQL query experience- Problem-solving skills- Managing multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Leading technical discussions with other teams
