*Job Opportunity: Food & Beverage Manager*

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of our F&B operations in Bahrain.

*Responsibilities:*
- Manage food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards.
- Lead F&B team by recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel.
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
- Design exceptional menus, purchase goods, and continuously make necessary improvements.
- Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns.
- Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies, and procedures.
- Provide effective communication and nurture teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Report on management regarding sales results and productivity.

*Requirements and Skills:*
- Proven food and beverage management experience of at least 10 - 12 years.
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs.
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.
- Mastery in delegating multiple tasks.
- Communication and leadership skills.
- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices.
- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
- Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field.
