**Forum **Selecção **is looking for Accounting Assistant (M/F) for a client in Lisbon.**

**Job Summary**:

- Highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join the DFCG team as a multitasker for Accounting, Finance and Planning and Control assistant. This role will be responsible for supporting both the Accounting, Finance and Planning & Control departments in various tasks. Proficiency in English and advanced Excel skills are essential for success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Accounting Support:

- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Verify and reconcile financial data to maintain accurate records.
- Register invoices, purchase orders, etc.
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial close activities.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve discrepancies and issues.
Finance Support:

- Assist in managing cash flow by monitoring and forecasting cash needs.
- Prepare and process bank deposits and withdrawals.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
Planning and Control:

- Analyze financial data and assist in producing financial reports and presentations for management.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual Budget.
Complete multiple statistics and required inquiries for government authorities.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting or treasury roles is a plus.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
- Knowledge of Access is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of Navision and/or JiBE is a plus.
- Temporary employment contract
- Remuneration in accordance with demonstrated experience
