Sales Operations Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Sourcing**
- Proactively identify and source potential leads through various channels such as online research, databases, social media, and industry-specific platforms.
- Qualify leads to ensure they align with Craft & Slate's target audience and business objectives.
- Regularly update and maintain lead databases with accurate, up-to-date information.
**Sales Support**
- Assist the sales team by preparing sales materials, proposals, presentations, and other documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with prospective clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Help prepare and distribute sales reports, keeping data organized and readily available for the team.
**Sales Administration**
- Manage CRM systems to ensure all client and lead information is accurate and current.
- Handle sales contracts, agreements, and other related documentation, ensuring they are properly filed and accessible.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics, providing insights and updates to the sales team and management.
- Support the coordination of sales campaigns and promotional activities, ensuring seamless execution.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
**Experience**:
2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales support, or sales administration.
Strong proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
English Proficiency: Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Comfortable with fast-paced environments and tight deadlines.
