**Your new company** *** Join a pharmaceutical company as Junior Digital Growth Marketing. **Your new position** *** You will be responsible for: - Own and lead companies growth and acquisition strategy across all performance media channels, focusing on scaling new customer acquisition ; - Build and execute a data-driven roadmap to scale and optimize the media portfolio through iterative testing across all acquisition touchpoints ; - Serve as the main cross-functional stakeholder for all things growth, communicating priorities, learnings, and opportunities to all departments ; - Identify opportunities for optimizing Growth and AOV/LTV/CAC, and implement testing ideas to continuously enhance performance ; - Support creative production and planning with our internal brand and design teams by providing a constant feedback and collaborating on new ideas to iterate and test messaging ; - Identify additional opportunities for revenue growth across the business Manage external agency relationships that can assist in further explosive growth. **What to you need to be successful*** - Degree in Marketing or similar; - 2 years of experience managing and overseeing all digital acquisition channels; - A highly analytical and data-driven mindset; Strong knowledge of data tools: SQL and Excel, and able to leverage data and research to drive decisions; - Strong project management skills; - A leader who can ensure everyone is marching towards the same goal. **What company can offer you** *** Project with a 6-month contract, with the possibility of integration, where you can develop your skills in Growth Marketing.
