**About This Job**:
Our Inside Sales Specialist fulfill the travel and vacation dreams of our members every day, by helping them use their incredible member benefits like free hotel stays and airline tickets, and greatly discounted cruise packages. We are looking for individuals to work remote and be a part of our Portugal team. This is a remote homebased position in Portugal.
**Responsibilities**:
- Sell travel certificate packages of tremendous value to customers
- Maximize all opportunities by booking travel add-on products with every reservation
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls as required to communicate the value of the packages
- Identifying opportunities to maximize sales (up-sell/cross-sell), by classifying and recommending appropriate packages.
- Determine how to best fulfill members travel request based on customer needs and available options.
- Promote product and services, building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Contribute to team effort by reaching key performance indicators
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years' experience in Sales
- 2+ years' experience in Tourism or Hospitality industry
- Flexibility to work in schedules/shifts: according to US Market time zone
- Highly proficient in English - to communicate effectively over the phone
- Travel and cruise experience highly preferred
- Microsoft proficient and comfortable learning new computer programs and systems
- Excellent attention to detail
**Compensation**:
- Top Performer - 3000€ / month
- Base 900€ / month plus commissions and bonuses

- Must be a currently supported version of **PC**, or Laptop (**NO** Chrome Book or Tablets permitted)
- Windows 10 or MAC High Sierra or Mojave
- CPU: 1.5 GHz or higher dual core processor
- RAM: 4 GB of RAM
- Hard Drive: At least 500gb with 250MB free space
- **Internet** with 30Mbps Upload and 30Mbps Download for VoIP (Ethernet connection is a must)
- **Headset** USB with Noise Canceling, similar to Plantronics C3220 or Jabra ENC010
- **USB Camera** or in-Built laptop camera
