UX Researcher Internship

**The Product Design Team** is responsible for how our product looks, feels, and our end-user interactions. **You**:
While building the best value for our customers, you will work with a wide range of UX challenges. You will be contributing to uncovering UX problems to help our clients in fighting financial crime more efficiently. In addition, you wil be supporting the UX team in improving efficiency and internal processes, such as adopting GenAI tools.

**You Have & You Know-How**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HCI, Design, Psychology or a similar technical degree (required);
- Strong UX fundamentals and research skills (collecting data, analysisng, and communicating effectively);
- Self-driven & motivated, with a strong work ethic and a passion for problem solving;
- Passionate desire to learn and grow;
- Able to bring ideas into the team and to work out solutions to tough problems autonomously;
- Good communication skills both written and verbal;
- Fluency in English;
- Experience working with Generative AI (GenAI) tools is a plus.

**Your First 30-Days at Feedzai**:
You will be immersed in our brand with training, connections, and one-on-one time with your manager. You may shadow your colleagues virtually or onsite at an office depending on where you work as you are supported through your Feedzai journey. In addition, you will have access to a ton of information to give you history, context, and all the knowledge you can handle about Feedzai and the team. Finally, you will start working on projects and collaborating on work currently being done. We can't wait to have you join the team
