Full Time Inbound B2B Sales Rep For Award Winning Marketing Agency (Work Remotely) Do you want full-time and bonus-based remote working for an international award-winning digital marketing company? We’re looking for a skilled, trustworthy sales representative who truly has the client's best interest at heart. We offer bespoke digital marketing solutions that are tailored specifically for our potential clients needs. And all from the comfort of your own home. Fridays are early finishes at 5 pm GMT **Responsibilities**: 1. Taking inbound sales calls with prospective customers 2. Conduct consultative needs analysis, then present product solutions that meet those needs 3. Achieving sales standards set by the business 4. Tracking sales performance & reporting to the COO with suggested improvements in the sales process Characteristics - Exhibits professionalism and a genuine passion for working in sales - A competent problem solver - can use creative questioning, and intently listen to customer needs to help them visualize the potential impact and value of a proposed solution - Have a winning attitude and growth mindset - Zero in on opportunities to WIN. - Embody a “trusted advisor” mentality when communicating with prospects - Always prepared and process-centered - meticulous planning and research for every customer contact. - Love measuring progress, setting and achieving targets - Great connectors, and get people talking about themselves & opening up" KPI’s *30% close rate on qualified calls - Following 4 step process on every sales call - Sales per day / week / month" Bonus - If you have previous experience with digital marketing that would definitely help a lot **Job Types**: Full-time, Commission, Permanent **Salary**: 1,250.00€ - 2,000.00€ per month Ability to commute/relocate: - Lisboa, Distrito de Lisboa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
