What you can expect

- As a Sales Team Leader, you’ll be an integral part of our team, shaping the direction of our sales efforts and ensuring that we continue to grow and succeed. What you’ll do
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team. Foster a collaborative environment where individual strengths are leveraged to achieve team goals;
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue and growth for Reddit’s advertising products;
- Set clear targets, track performance, and ensure that team members consistently meet or exceed sales objectives;
- Provide ongoing training, support, and feedback to team members, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed;
- Monitor sales metrics, prepare regular reports, and present insights to key stakeholders to inform decision-making and refine sales strategies;
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and new tools or technologies that can enhance team performance.

What you’ll need
- Experience in sales roles (preferably in digital advertising or SaaS);
- Experience in team management is mandatory;
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is a must;
- A minimum of 6 months tenure at Teleperformance Portugal is required;
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams to achieve sales goals;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a diverse team;
- Strong analytical skills to assess team performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions;
- Availability to work at the office full time.
