What you can expect
- We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Scientist to join a fast-paced and dynamic team, contributing to key projects for Reddit with a focus on outbound sales (advertising and comments). In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage advanced data analysis to propose actionable insights and strategies that drive business growth.
What you'll do
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization;
- Propose actionable insights and strategies that align with business objectives, going beyond traditional reporting;
- Present data findings effectively, using clear and concise visuals tailored for non-technical audiences;
What you'll need
- Strong academic background in Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related fields;
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data analysis techniques, with hands-on experience in reporting and data visualization;
- Familiarity with Google Looker, Power BI, or other similar data;
- Experience with business data analytics, including predictive modeling, segmentation, and process improvement initiatives;
- Strong ability to communicate complex data insights effectively, simplifying technical terms for business stakeholders;
- Proactive and curious mindset, capable of investigating data questions and providing clear, actionable answers.
