**Your responsibilities**:

- **Assist Facebook and Instagram advertisers**_ in a dynamic environment.

Your main tasks include resolving technical issues, reporting bugs, and guiding users on the platform to improve their advertising experience and satisfaction.

You will be part of a motivated, multilingual support team, helping customers after they purchase ad placements or use Facebook/Instagram products.

**Part of your daily activities will be**:

- **Provide pre
- and post-sales support** for self-service products.
- **Improve clients' experiences **with product and tool support.
- **Identify trends and resolve issues **affecting multiple SMB clients.

**Main duties**:

- **Fixed-term, renewable employment contract (12 months)**:

- **Work in our modern office in the center of Lisbon**:

- Working schedule: Monday
- Sunday, 06:00-00:00: (**5 days a week/ 8hours/day - 40h/week for full-time employment)**:

**Competitive salary and remuneration system**(incl. Meal allowance)

- **7 € ** / day (c.a. **154€ **/month) - Meal allowance
