This job is support for a **global leader in property and casualty insurance**, stands as the foremost commercial lines insurer in the U.S.
With operations in 54 countries and territories, they offer a comprehensive range of insurance solutions, including commercial and personal property and casualty, personal accident, supplemental health, reinsurance, and life insurance.

**Your responsabilities**:

- **Assist Italian-Speaking clients via calls or chats** with insurance inquiries.
- **Process policy changes, payment updates, and cancellations.**:

- Handle claims and manage document archiving.
- **This role isn't about sales; your main focus will be adjusting clients' insurance policies.**

**Our expectations**:

- You speak **Italian** min C2
- Intermediate English level (at least B1-B2)
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team

**Main duties**:

- Start date**:31.07**:

- Working schedule**:Monday - Friday 07:30 - 20:00, full time, 40h/week**:

- Full time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract
- Private Health insurance with a dental plan (free after 6 months of the contract)
- **Work in our modern office in Lisbon Oriente -**_**Parque**_ **das**_**Nações**_
- Training is provided at the beginning of the work, previous experience is not required
- Recruitment & hiring process 100% online

**Competetive Salary and bonuses**:

- **1000€ gross - base salary**:

- **2 extra salaries per yer**:

- **up to 100€**gross monthly performance bonus
- **up to 20€**gross per month - Transport Allowance
- €7.23 NET/day meal allowance
- **Signing bonus: €2000 (€500 paid after 3, 6, 9 & 12 months)**

**Relocation package**:

- Flight Ticket Reimbursement after 6 months
- Possibility of accommodation in a company-owned apartment
