We are looking for a Senior Consultant to strengthen our Retail Leasing Agency team in Portugal
**What this job involves**:
Working as part of our Retail Leasing Agency team, you’ll source and develop new business opportunities. You’ll be active on the Portuguese market on all retail fields including high streets, shopping centers, halls and HORECA.
In this job, you’ll target potential occupiers and organize active prospection campaigns.
**As a Senior Consultant you’ll cover the following tasks**:
**Property viewings and meetings with clients**:
Updating and feeding both CRM Tool and our database;
Negotiating financial leasing terms with both international and national clients;
Acquisition of commercial premises for the retail sector;
Management and negotiation of marketing mandates, following the Company's mandate manual until its signature and preparing the marketing proposal;
Prepare reports in the case of premises with a marketing mandate;
Evaluation and identification of market values of assets;
Capturing demand and advising on expansion plans for retail operators;
Development of the rental process until the closing of the operation;
Every day is different, and in all those activities, we encourage you to show your wits.
**Desired skills and experience for this job**:
Already active in Retail real estate (retail expansion, landlord, broker), you hold a degree in business, real estate, economics or finance and are looking for an exciting challenge to build up an expert retail real estate team at JLL;
Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) with a strong customer service focus;
Fluent knowledge of English is mandatory;
Knowledge of other languages such as Spanish or French is considered a must;
Excellent organizational and time management skills;
Entrepreneurial attitude and an appetite to develop your understanding of the retail industry;
Take initiative and think out of the box.
