**Your Role as a Customer Support Specialist**:

- Provide exceptional customer service across European markets.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with customers through various channels.
- Turn customer complaints into smiles, ensuring continuous satisfaction.
- Handle requests, tickets, and orders as the go-to person.
- Maintain a respectful and solution-oriented approach in all communications.

- Demonstrate reliability, trustworthiness, and hold a high school diploma or higher.
- Boast over 1 year of customer service experience.
**- Fluent in Swedish - Mandatory.**
- Have a B2 level of English to ensure seamless communication.
