Are you passionate about shaping digital solutions that empower business operations worldwide? We are looking for an Application Manager, located in our office in Portugal (Lisbon, Amadora), for one of our key software solutions.
- **Raise need for adjustments & improvements** in form of change requests, bugs.
- **Manage Service Templates to improve existing and enable new use cases**:
- **Coordinate and oversee roll-out preparation tasks** to support operations with their rollout activities.
- **Collaborate with IT and business teams** to implement enhancements and resolve issues.
- **Design, maintain, and optimize input masks** for structured data capture across multiple regions.
- **Organize and coordinate translation activities** for multilingual support of input masks and documentation.
- **Create and maintain end-user documentation** to ensure clarity and usability for all stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
- Vocational Degree (Bachelor/Master) or equivalent work experience
- Preferably experience working with JIRA (backlogs, boards, workflows) and Confluence/SharePoint (documentation & governance)
- Preferably experience working with JSON and XML schema
- Fluent in English (B2 Level - Upper-Intermediate)
- Preferably native or proficient in Portuguese, any additional languages (e.g. German) is a plus
- Clear communicator (translate technical topics into business language and vice versa)
- Stakeholder and expectation management (excellent communication across regions, managing time zones and cultural differences)
- Positive attitude with affinity for teamwork and strong motivation to learn more every day
