Your Responsibilities
- Assist customers with **technical issues** (software installation, device synchronization, etc.).
- Provide **product advice** and help customers make informed purchase decisions.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience in every interaction.
What We’re Looking For
- **Native or fluent German speaker** (C1 minimum)
- Good command of **English** (spoken and written)
- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills**:
- **Good computer skills** and customer service mindset
- **EU passport** or **Portuguese residence permit** required
- **High School Diploma** (minimum)

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 19:00
- Saturday: 09:00 - 14:00
- (40 hours per week, flexible shifts)
Holidays
- 22 paid vacation days per year (as per Portuguese law)
- Extra day off if you work on a public holiday
Salary
**Competitive fixed gross salary** (non-negotiable)

Pagamento: 1 350,00€ - 1 450,00€ por mês
