**Gaming Customer Advisor with German (Lisbon based)**

**The company**:
Welcome to a world-famous firm with a range of legendary video game consoles, from the Game Boy to the Wii. A leading computer and video game group that operates worldwide and is very popular with young and old.

**The role**:
As a member of Lisbon Support Team, you will help the company look after customers. You can expect a funny and international working atmosphere.

**Your opportunity**:
Do you love game series such as Super Mario and Pokemon? Join a company that achieved long-term success with a range of video game consoles.

**This is your new job in Lisbon if**
- You are proficient in German and fluent in English (oral and written)
- You have good communications skills
- You are able to work 160h /month, from Monday through Friday, between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm, and on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
- You are customer service oriented
- You are open to learn

**Your day today at work**:

- Provide professional service in technical support (like use of products, installation and synchronization of software and devices, etc.)
- Assist and advice customers when purchasing products

- Paid-training at the beginning of the job in software systems for electronic data processing and customer relationship management
- Fixed-term, renewable employment contract with an initial duration of 12 months
- Possibility of permanent employment after 24 months
- Shift system: you will be assigned 8 hours of work and a break of one hour every day. You will be informed in advance of your work schedule
- If you work on weekends, you will receive a shift bonus of 25% of the hourly wage
