**German-speaking fashion customer advisor in Lisbon**

**German-speaking Fashion Advisor based in Lisbon**

They are experts in customer service, with express worldwide shipping to more than 170 countries, signature luxurious packaging, easy returns and multilingual Customer Care and Personal Shopping teams.

Your Profile:

- Proficient in German and Fluent in English (C1)
- Excellent communication skills, empathy and team spirit
- Able to work from Monday to Sunday between 7am and 7pm
- You are open to learn everything about customer service
- You like to help people and you are customer-oriented
- You have a passion for fashion

Your Responsibilities:

- Offer a first-class support service for German-speaking clients
- Assist customers with their online shopping experience
- Advice clients on topics such as product selection, ordering, payment methods, delivery, exchanges, guarantees or any questions regarding the brand
