**German-speaking Customer Service for a fashion company in Lisbon**

**German-speaking Customer Advisor for PVH**

Become a member of the first class PVH Support Team in Lisbon. An exciting and international atmosphere awaits you. Your mission will be to deliver telephone and written support in a polite and helpful manner. Work abroad in your native language for a big company and get real career opportunities

**About the Company**:
PVH is an American fashion group running world-loved labels such as Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger. Based in New York, the company operates in more than 40 countries and has more than 36.000 employees.

**The Profile**:

- You are fluent in German.
- You are proficient in English (B2).
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You are open to learning everything about customer service.
- You are able to work 160h/month on a rotational shift pattern.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not necessary.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Listen to German-speaking customers' questions and concerns, providing the best possible answers and solutions.
- Provide information about trendy products, advice and quick assistance on payment methods, delivery, exchange and guarantee.
- Cross-selling and upselling of products after providing help to the customer.
