Customer Support Representatives

**Schedule**: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM (with Saturday availability)
**Sector**: Customer Support - International Client
We are hiring **Customer Support Representatives (German, French, English, Italian, or Spanish)** to join the team of a prestigious international client.
We are looking for professionals with strong communication skills, customer focus, and a passion for multicultural environments.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Handling customer service inquiries via phone and written communication in Portuguese and one of the following languages: German, French, English, Italian, or Spanish;
- Providing clarification and support in resolving customer requests;
- Recording and updating information in internal systems;
- Collaborating with different departments when needed;
- Ensuring high-quality service in compliance with established procedures.
