**Objetivo do cargo**:
Ensure the daily management of the team at the customer's premises, as per the contract established with the hospital.

**Principais atividades de trabalho**:
Operationalization of the management of the Intra Service team for which it is responsible.

Ensure the guidance and control of waste collection operations.

Ensure dialogue with the customers in daily operational management.

Preparation of reports and communication with the Team Leaders, reporting the operational management of their team and the service carried out at the customer's premises.

Manage the team’s attendance/punctuality records.

Prepare the schedules for the team.

Carry out the registration of weightings and verification of reports.

Stock management, order preparation and consumables organization.

Ensure the conservation of all company and customer equipment.

Lead, motivate and communicate with the team, have a proactive attitude in solving problems, providing a dynamic work pace in order to achieve the best results,

Comply with and promote compliance with the use of work uniforms and PPE's established for the execution of tasks.

Comply with and promote compliance with the quality, environment and safety standards established internally, as well as the company's code of conduct.

**Educação**:
Required Education: High School or equivalent.

**Experiência (EMEAA)**:
Preferred Experience: Good knowledge & understanding.

Team management skills.

Ability to work under pressure.

Conflict management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibility and commitment to the company and to the service provided to the customer.
