Product Owner to Join The Team

**IHCare - Innovation Hospital Care, S.A.**, a Research, Development and Implementation company of technological solutions in the health area is looking for a **PRODUCT OWNER** to join the team.
**Responsibilities of a Product Owner in a hardware startup**:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, roadmap, and goals.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs and market analysis.
- Create and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, organized, and prioritized.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the development team, providing guidance and clarifications on product features and requirements.
- Conduct user research and market analysis to identify user needs, preferences, and trends.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the product's performance, user feedback, and market trends to make data-driven decisions for product improvements and iterations.
- Plan and execute product releases, coordinating with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and operations.
- Collaborate with the CTO or technical lead to ensure the product's technical feasibility, scalability, and alignment with the company's technology strategy. - Act as a bridge between the business and technical teams, facilitating communication and ensuring a shared understanding of product goals and priorities.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews, to drive product development and ensure timely delivery.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and potential disruptions in the market.
- Advocate for the product and its value proposition, both internally and externally, by presenting to stakeholders, customers, and investors.
**Qualifications**
- 1-3 years of experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or project manager
- Technical background in engineering.
- Product management experience, especially in hardware or related technology sectors.
- Project management: Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities in startup environment.
- Familiarity with hardware development processes and industry standards.

- Troubleshooting and Maintenance: For product improvement purpose;
- Safety and Compliance: Experience of safety regulations and standards;
- Design Software and Tools: Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools;
- Project Management: Coordination and management of projects; experience with PM methodologies;
**Responsibilities**
- Assist with the architecture and technical design of novel solutions and technical documentation
- Assist with on-site project management to ensure success
- Take over the high-level management industrialisation process of an electromechanical medical device, to be produced by an industrial partner
