Grupo promotor com vasta experiência no desenvolvimento de projetos urbanos, turísticos e residenciais, encontra-se a reforçar a sua estrutura com a contratação de um Real Estate Investment Manager (M/F/d).

**A sua nova função**

Com reporte direto à Direção, esta função será responsável por um conjunto alargado de atividades estratégicas e operacionais, nomeadamente:

- Análise financeira e acompanhamento de ativos;
- Elaboração de business plans e estudos de viabilidade;
- Avaliação de oportunidades de aquisição e estruturação de ativos;
- Definição e validação de estratégias de desenvolvimento para novos projetos;
- Participação ativa em processos de aquisição e execução de investimentos;
- Preparação de apresentações e propostas para investidores;
- Apoio em processos de fundraising e gestão de financiamentos;
- Acompanhamento de reporting financeiro e operacional.

**O que necessita para ser bem-sucedido**
- Licenciatura em Finanças ou área similar;
- Mínimo de 10 anos de experiência em funções semelhantes;
- Domínio avançado de Microsoft Excel (essencial);
- Bons conhecimentos de inglês (nível avançado);
- Capacidade de comunicação clara e eficaz;
- Perfil analítico, autónomo e com sentido crítico;
- Capacidade de trabalhar de forma estruturada e com atenção ao detalhe.
