- Monday to Sunday from 07:00 to 23:00 (5 days/week, 40h/week, 8h/day (+1h lunch break) - full time)
- **Part time possible**:
- We don't need experience, we offer training

**As a Customer Support you will**:
- Troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns
- Be point of contact for external sellers
- Provide information about digital products
- Escalate and reroute the issues to other departments
**Competitive salary and compensation system from 1250€gross /month **(calculation for 40 hours/week)**:
- **980€ gross x 12 month -** base salary
- **165€ / Month**:
- Christmas bonus + holiday bonus
- **4.72 €** / day (c.a. **105€ **/Month) - Meal allowance
- **Extra paid night shifts & weekends (according to the Portuguese law)**

**What do we expect**:
- **Fluency in Dutch (C2 - native level)**:
- **Basic English level - It's monolingual project only in Dutch, English skills are not necessary**:
- You live anywhere in **Portugal** (mainland) or you are ready to relocate there
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- You are looking for adventure in fast growing, international company
- We do NOT require previous experience, we will teach you everything
- Airport pick-up and administrative support for your integration in Portugal
- Airline ticket purchased from the company or instant refund after signing the contract
- Free annual flight home
- Accommodation in a room in a company apartment in Lisbon (or higher salary without accommodation)
- Free Portuguese courses, water sports activities, soft trekking and much more
**EU citizenship or a residence permit in Portugal is mandatory**
