**Position Summary**

For our Nestlé Business Services, we are currently looking for **Cash Collection Lead - Italian Speaker**. Reporting to Collection, Credit, Billing & PA Supervisor, this professional will be leading a team in Cash Collection.

**A day in the life of...**
- Manage the Clash Collection team and ensure that all activities in scope are executed in a timely manner and according to the agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Drive towards excellence by ensuring best practices are implemented and business/internal controls are in place
- Monitor the efficiency of the operations and coordinates execution of Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Create and execute short to mid-term plans for optimizing the organization, function, or sub-function and the talent required to execute strategies in job area
- Encourage, coach & develop the team
- Ensure business continuity plan is defined, update and implemented
- Ensure compliance of Cash Collection activities

**What will make you successful**
- Ability to develop and lead a team
- Successful experience in delivering services through Shared Service partners
- Knowledge in financial area
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge in SAP solution
- Solid knowledge of MS office, particularly Excel and reporting tools (e.g. Power Bi)
- Strong leadership skills - even without a Lead position previously
- Demonstrated competency in project participation and execution
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively address and influence internal and external customers
- Good planning, and organizational skills
- Adaptability to change and cope in fast-paced environment
- Analytical capability
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Strong level of English and Italian
