We’re hiring customer support specialists to help our valued clients.

**As a Customer Support you will**:

- **Post-sales support**, e.g., delivery, warranty, or refunds
- **Product advice and inbound sales** focused on service, not pressure
- **Providing regular updates on case status**:

- **Documenting all processes in the CRM** system according to guidelines

**Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance)**:

- **1024 gross x 14 months (it’s 1194€ gross x12 months)** -basic salary
- **up to 225€ gross** performance bonus/month
- **meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/day** in a voucher card (approx 145€ NET/month)
- **20 €/month -**Transport allowance
- **PROJECT BONUS - in total 1000€ gross (250€ gross paid after 4th, 7th, 10th and 13th month of contract**
