**Responsabilities**
- Prepare the team plan and provide the project manager with recommendations oh how the operation may be tailored to suit the management of that specific team's work and deliverables;
- Facilitate the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed deliverables;
- Encourage full participation of team members within their defined roles and responsabilities, foster open communication and pychological savety;
- Empower team members through training, improving their skills;
- Ensure that the development process, testing, and review activities are properly focused and controlled;
- Monitor an manage the team's work and progress;
- Produce check point reports and facilitate the communication of team progress with the project manager;
- Identify and advise the project manager on any issues and risks associated with the teams work and deliverables;
- Advise the project manager on any deviations from the plan, recommend corrective action, and help to prepare any appropriate exception plans;
- Passback to the project manager deliverables that have been and approved in line with the agreed processes and procedures;
- Liaise with any PMO or project support roles;
- Ensure quality activities relating to the team's work are planned and performed correctly, and ensure that the appropriate entries are made in the official registers and archives;
- Manage specific issues and risks as directed by the project manager;
- Facilitate reviews within the team;
- Be complaint with internal procedures, policies and guidelines, and external regulations;
- Support and guide junior team members contributing to their development;

**What are we looking for?**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or other relevant fields
- Previous experience as Team Leader
- Solid Telco background
- Availability to travel (South Arabia - KSA)
- Availabity to work on a different schedule time (Sunday to Thursday)

Strong organizational skills to ensure the team direction

Fluent english level

Strong communication skills

Highly organized and able to multitask
