Cib Operational Risk Project Manager

**About the job**
- You will be in charge of managing a number of projects in relation with Historical Incidents, Potential Incidents and External Events, which are very structuring for the operational risk management framework of CIB [Corporate and Institutional Banking].

To best fill out your position, you will need to get familiar with operational risk management methodologies at CIB.

**Your Main Activities Are**

Governance
- Animate ad hoc governance / Operational Committees so that all CIB stakeholders are properly informed of methodologies, roadmaps, escalation process, etc.

Methodological topics
- Discuss as needed methodological topics between first Line of Defence and second Line of defence (Compliance and RISK ORM [Operational Risk Management]) ensuring incident methodologies defined (i) satisfy regulatory requirements, (ii) Group Compliance and Group RISK ORM guidelines, (iii) are manageable by our OPC [Operational Permanent Control] community
- Build and maintain operating guidelines for OPC teams
- Maintain documentation detailing all aspects (principles, RACI, workflows )

KPI/KRI
- Define adequate reporting
- Ensure cross-check analysis between business lines and regions
- Review/challenge data to be reported to our CIB senior management

Tool enhancements
- Get familiar with tools used to management incidents
- Escalate CIB business requirements
- Ensuring they will meet methodological requirements + OPCs requirements

You will interact daily with region and business lines OPCs within CIB who will be your internal clients. You will also act as a liaison with Group and CIB RISK ORM, as well as with Group and CIB Compliance to relay CIB business needs to their second Line of Defence.

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- About 7-10-year work experience, preferably in a position where you have already managed non-financial risks, in a Lod1, LoD2 or LoD3 function
- Masters Degree in Banking, Business management, Economics, Finance, Project Management or related areas
- Fluency in English both oral and written is mandatory
- Proficient with MS Office, especially with Excel and PowerPoint (mandatory)
- Tableau, VBA, Power BI are a plus
- Ability to manage a project (Proficient)
- Ability to set up relevant performance indicators (Proficient)
- Ability to understand, explain and support change (Proficient)
- Analytical Ability (Proficient)
- Ability to develop and leverage networks (Proficient)

**About the Team**
- CCCO Central is a transversal CIB team based in Paris and Lisbon and is part of the CIB functions.

CCCO Central acts, on behalf of the CIB CCCO [CIB Chief Conduct and Control Officer], as a liaison between the regional and metiers CCCOs and their second Lines of Defence (RISK ORM and Compliance) and in all their projects in regards with the management of non-financial risks (including regulatory, compliance, business process, conduct, etc.)

CCCO Central ensures that (i) CIB controls regulatory objectives are met, (ii) Permanent Control and Group policy impacts are properly coordinated and guided, (iii) CIB implication in Supervisory affairs is properly monitored and (iv) transversal initiatives are fully reviewed in light of permanent control.
