Women’s physical health has been a silent problem in healthcare for decades. In the US alone, 1 in every 4 women suffer from a pelvic health condition. Bloom is the comprehensive, clinical-grade digital solution for treating physical health issues, allowing women and all people with vaginal anatomy to recover in the comfort and privacy of their homes. Whether patients are suffering from pelvic health, bowel/bladder and sexual health disorders, or going through pregnancy, postpartum, or menopause, Bloom can provide them with the answers, support and care they need.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Have a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward our customers at all times;
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries;
- Knowing our product so you can provide support in all its components;
- Manage customer's requests from beginning to end;
- Process orders, forms, and requests;
- Communicate and coordinate with the customer support team and other teams as necessary;
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

**What you need to have**:

- Proficiency in English;
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
- Able to work across all levels within an organization with a collaborative approach;
- Outstanding communications skills;
- Proactive and independent;
- Multitasking;

**We'd Love to see**:

- Knowledgeable and experienced in service desk solutions;
- Proven working experience in providing customer support;
- Backoffice or Administrative experience (not Mandatory);
- Zendesk/Jira knowaladge (not Mandatory).
