German C1 Customer Support Specialist wanted in Porto, Portugal

Location: Porto, Portugal
Language Requirement: German (C1) and English (B2)

About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic German-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team in the beautiful city of Porto, Portugal. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our German-speaking customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, providing accurate information about our products and services
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Exceed customer satisfaction and performance metrics

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Prior customer support experience is advantageous, but not required
