Role Overview:
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for clients, addressing issues and ensuring smooth customer experiences. Your focus on delivering personalized service and excellence will strengthen our reputation for exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:Engage with clients through phone, email, and chat, addressing their needs with care and efficiency
- Custom Solutions: Understand customer requirements and provide customized resolutions that exceed expectations

Requirements:
- Proficiency in German (C1/C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
- At least one year of experience in Customer Support or a related role.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
- Desire to learn and advance in the field
