What You'll Be Doing:

  • Providing support to our German-speaking customers: Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and chat, delivering professional, timely, and efficient customer service.
  • Resolving customer issues: Help customers solve their challenges, offering clear solutions and guidance with a friendly attitude.
  • Collaborating with internal teams: Work with various departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Contributing insights: Share customer feedback and insights to improve processes, products, and services.
  • Exceeding customer expectations: Go above and beyond to provide exceptional service that leaves customers satisfied and impressed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluent in German (both written and spoken): You'll be communicating directly with German-speaking customers, so fluency is essential.
  • Customer-oriented mindset: A passion for helping customers, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a positive experience.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in a clear, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Problem-solving abilities: Able to think quickly, tackle challenges, and offer effective solutions to customers.
  • Previous customer service experience (preferred but not required): Experience in customer support is a bonus, but we are happy to train the right candidate.
  • Comfortable with flexible working: You're adaptable to working remotely, hybrid, or onsite in Porto, and thrive in a flexible environment.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable with customer service platforms and eager to learn new tools.
