Overview:
The Expleo Group MarCom team is looking for a Senior Manager Marketing Analytics for maternity cover, (one year FTC) who will be a vital link between our business objectives and MarCom team by providing comprehensive analysis on MarCom performance.
- Build and maintain the marketing data platform (Funnel) - Including data sources, data manipulations and dashboards.
- Provide actionable insights to enhance marketing strategies and optimise budgets.
- Analyse marketing campaigns and customer data to assess their effectiveness and ROI.
- Work with teams across MarCom to streamline our data sources, analyse results and outline how results impact business outcomes
- Analytics thought leadership (full funnel coordination, marketplace changes, new ad technology).
- Work with CRM team to build the roadmap for marketing attribution needs across the team.

**Responsibilities**:
Analytics:
- Assess the effectiveness of marketing channels and campaigns through the analysis of key metrics, such as conversion rates, click-through rates, cost per lead, and return on investment (ROI), and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Supporting and guiding other MarCom teams to allow them to generate their own insights.
- Ad-hoc analytic requests.

Reporting, monitoring and automation:
- Implement and utilise data analytics tools to generate reports and dashboards for marketing performance evaluation.
- Ensure MarCom and Salesforce data is available, consistent.
- Advises other marketing functions (website, online/offline advertising, brand, product development) as the knowledge owner for customer and marketing data.
- Supporting MarTech acquisition with business value requirement creation.

Market Research:
- Provide insights on target market segments based on customer characteristics, behaviours, and demographics.
- Competitor benchmarking

Essential skills:
Tools and techniques:
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. PowerBI, Excel, SQL).
- Knowledge of CRM and MarTech such as Salesforce, GA4, and paid channels (i.e. LinkedIn) and tracking (GTM).
- Experience working with Funnel IO would be a bonus.
- Experience in advanced analytic and statistical techniques related multivariate and A/B testing, digital revenue attribution, customer segmentation, and marketing effectiveness.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Self-starter who proactively works towards meeting demand, independently looks for new and better ways of doing things, and learns new tools and systems without much guidance.
- Growth and problem-solving mindset, towards constant optimisations of marketing performances.
