Our client is a company in the information technology sector, currently recruiting a Senior Marketing Manager for a maternity leave cover.

**Your New Role**

As a Senior Marketing Manager reporting directly to the Growth Marketing Director, your responsibilities will be:

- Implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud and develop marketing reports/dashboards, utilizing Salesforce tools, Google Analytics, and other third-party data, in collaboration with internal teams.
- Create engagement sequences and user journeys within Salesforce.
- Oversee incoming leads.
- Assist in refining marketing processes.
- Actively collaborate with stakeholders to design and modify campaign delivery and content accuracy, while tracking performance.

**What You'll Need to Succeed**
- Experienced Salesforce user - able to generate reports and create dashboards.
- Data-oriented: adept at analyzing data from various sources, synthesizing information to produce insights, and presenting them to the team for informed decision-making.
- Understanding of B2B businesses, ideally within the IT sector.
- Desirable: some experience with performance marketing (campaign setup, performance optimization) and familiarity with Google Analytics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proactive, with problem-solving and creative abilities to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Detail-oriented, with the capability to meet targets and deadlines.
- Enthusiastic about learning, enhancing existing skills, and acquiring new ones.
- Collaborative team player.
